He does look a bit frisky, now that I think about it - certainly the bell is a good idea, because he’s about to go for a bird or the nearest goldfish bowl. Pin measures 1.5 high & 1 wide with a goldtone finish & blue rhinestone eyes. The bell in his paw is articulated & rings (very quietly). Stamped Avon on the back.
